FAQ

Before you buy.

Is it a one-off payment?

Yes. You pay once and the license is yours for good. It includes 1 year of updates; after that you can renew them or keep your version.

What happens when the updates end?

Nothing changes on your site: it keeps working with every feature of your plan. You just stop getting the versions released after that date. You can renew whenever you like.

And security fixes?

Security fixes are published free of charge for at least 5 years. They reach you even after your update period has ended.

Do my files pass through your servers?

No. KumoYami runs on your server and talks straight to your storage. Once a day, the license server receives only the installation's ID, its version and its domain.

What if the license server doesn't answer?

Your site keeps working. The license is checked every day and stays valid for 14 days offline. If it ever stopped being valid, the admin panel would lock, never the public site.

Can I move to another server?

Yes. Deactivate the license in the old server's panel and activate it on the new one. If the old one no longer exists, write to us.

Can I change plans?

Yes: write to us with your license ID. Your key is updated without reinstalling anything.

Can I get a refund?

The license is digital content delivered instantly: buying as a consumer, you ask for immediate delivery and give up the right of withdrawal. Your legal guarantee is unaffected, and the refund policy is in the Terms of sale. Try the demo first.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. Stripe issues the invoice with your details, and your VAT number if you buy as a business.
