2. Purpose

kumoyami.com presents and sells licenses to use KumoYami, a program that turns OneDrive and the folders of a server into a file website, and that each customer installs on their own server. The terms of each purchase are in the Terms of sale and those of the use of the program in the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Using this website means accepting this legal notice, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy in force at any time.

The public demo (https://demo.kumoyami.com) is a KumoYami installation with sample content and its own legal texts.

3. Purchases

Prices on this website are final and include the taxes stated for each plan. Payment is processed by Stripe on its own page. Before paying you accept the EULA and the Terms of sale; afterwards you receive by email the confirmation of the contract, the license, the invoice and a copy of both texts.

4. Terms of use

You agree to use this website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice. In particular, it is not allowed to:

  • Try to access the seller's panel, the license server or the download registry without permission, or get around their controls.
  • Share the key of a license or the download credentials that come with it, except as the EULA allows.
  • Overload the website, automate mass requests or interfere with its operation.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The KumoYami program, its code, documentation, brand, logos and the content of this website belong to its owner or to third parties that have authorised their use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or made public beyond what the law and the License Agreement allow.

The screenshots of the program on this website show public domain content.

6. Liability

The owner tries to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, and may change it without notice. The owner is not liable for damage caused by use of the website contrary to the law or to this notice, or for the content of third-party sites linked from here. Liability for the program is governed by the EULA and the Terms of sale.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence; otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Camino de ronda.
